The Inclusive Leader in You

Are you ready to become a more effective leader?
Over the past many months, we've been working on a new course about how to lead inclusively. Today, I'm thrilled to introduce you to The Inclusive Leader in You.

This online course offers skills you can use to develop your ability to lead with inclusion by connecting with and developing your own leadership skills from within. This masterclass comes out of a collaboration with an old friend and a true expert - Greg Gale is a seasoned executive leader and coach with over 25 years of experience. I know Greg from his work at Liberty Mutual, with VISIONS and now as the founder of Insight Out Consulting.

Greg shared this with me, "Think of the best leaders you’ve worked with. I bet they understood how to build trust, offer respect, set a vision and help everyone achieve great outcomes. These leaders likely possess two fundamental skills. First, they have a broad network of trusted relationships with diverse people. Second, they know how to strengthen these relationships by owning their missteps when they occur. These skills, among others, are crucial for driving effectiveness in today’s world."

A masterclass with an expert in inclusive leadership
Greg is a seasoned executive leader and coach with a deep commitment to developing effective leaders and teams. He empowers individuals across sectors to unlock their potential and that of others to drive organizational transformation.

We have structured this course into three dynamic modules:
  • Relationships Across Differences Make THE Difference
  • You Can Recover From a Misstep: Here’s How!
  • Get on Your Toes and Lead With Purpose

Get the skills and support you need for your career
In an ever more diverse world, it makes sense to be more capable and connected with people who are different from you. To achieve great results, we need to engage with many different perspectives. To satisfy our customers or constituents, we have to listen, respect and respond.

To remain effective, we have to adapt to changing times. The best way to do this is by developing the skills to include and connect across generations, countries, genders, races, ability levels, styles and more.
