New! SunShower Now Offers the Most Modern and Flexible Formats To Meet Your Training Needs
Years ago, in a far-off time, SunShower delivered its training programs on VHS tape. All training rooms had tape players, TVs and projectors. Trainers would carry the training tapes, insert them into the machine and hope they wouldn’t be “eaten.” In those days, the common refrain was “Don’t forget to rewind!”
Since that time, SunShower has grown into an award-winning publisher known for its high-quality courses featuring esteemed DEI experts. Technology has advanced so quickly that even DVDs and USBs are now obsolete. With that in mind, we’re excited to announce our flexible training formats.
Today, we’re marking the passing of yet another technology – DVDs and USBs are obsolete. We are joining the modern age to say, long live online resources. And with that, we’re excited to announce a new era of choice and fulfillment: Choose the format that meets your training needs: A. Self-paced online eLearning or B. use our videos, slide decks and handouts to conduct your own instructor-led training – we call this the Do-it-Yourself Trainer’s Toolbox.
Trainer’s Toolbox
For example, you want to train with Ouch! That Stereotype Hurts. Instead of purchasing a USB that you have to share with your other colleagues, you can purchase a 1-year subscription to access the Ouch! Trainer’s Toolbox and have access 24/7. You can set up all the facilitator’s on your team to access the materials.
Select the appropriate tier: 1-5 trainers, 6-14 trainers, etc., and you’ll see the subscription cost. SunShower industry discounts apply: 25% off for non-profits and educational; 10% off for government organizations.
Online eLearning
When you want to scale your training and engage people at their own pace, you can license one or more of our Online eLearning courses. Licenses are available for 1-year, or more, and pricing is tiered based on the number of people you wish to train. These are SCORM 1.2 courses that can be installed on your LMS or you can access via the SunShower LMS.
Choose the format that meets your training needs:
- Self-paced online eLearning
- Do-it-Yourself Trainer’s Toolbox (videos, slide decks and handouts to conduct your own instructor-led training)
Whether you choose one of our Online eLearning courses or conduct your own training with the SunShower materials in the Trainer’s Toolbox, you’ll get the same timely, courteous and helpful support. We are committed to making sure your training experience is smooth and effective.
