Kind Leader
Trust
Meaningful relationships, relationships with risks, interdependent relationships, and relationships between leaders and followers all require trust.
With Dr. Robin Denise Johnson’s guidance you will learn about trust in a new way – you can choose who to trust, how much to trust them, the kind of trust, even to re-trust if someone betrays your trust (i.e. to forgive them).
This module includes an engaging combination of video scenarios, activities, assessments and exercises to ground your understanding and practice.

Values
Kind leaders are values transparent. Kind leaders are trustworthy because their actions and values align. And kind leaders are happier in part because they’re being kind to themselves by living their values, and their lives have meaning in ways that are deeply satisfying to them – even in situations where there are significant values differences.
People who have done these values clarification activities report that getting clear about what matters most, and then living in ways consistent with their core values, enriches their lives and improves the quality of relationships they have with others.

SKILLS
Leaders often learn that they are missing the soft skills they need to advance beyond the level their hard skills and talent have helped them achieve. For many leaders, there is a gap in people skills.
Soft is actually not a good word - these skills include good communication, insights about others, and empathetic leadership. This is what people want from and in their leaders. Dr. Robin Johnson teaches skills that can change your relationship with your role, your colleagues and your life.
