Eddie Bright Jr. on the Chris Cuomo show about Gen Z

Chris Cuomo was in the studio talking about how it's not just about a BA anymore for young people joining the workplace. He brought in Eddie Bright Jr., the Chief Executive Officer of ApTask, a global workforce solutions company.

Mr. Bright explained that Gen Zers have missed a lot of the hands-on skills they could've gained due to the impact of technology during their lifetime.  "So what's more sexy — going to work at Google or being a plumber?" Mr. Bright asks. He discusses how his company has made efforts to train high school graduates to get them "workforce-ready."

Here at SunShower, we agree with Mr. Bright's points about the generational shift that is taking place. That's why we produced the new masterclass, GenShift: From Tension to Teamwork. You can review it right here and enroll as an individual and/or license it for your organization.
